Ideal Candidate Profile
- Current student or graduate of an English-taught medical program in Italy.
- Passionate about teaching with a knack for clear, patient explanation.
- Excellent command of English is required. Bilingual ability (Italian, Turkish, Arabic, etc.) is a major plus.
- Experience with or a strong interest in online teaching methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online tutoring for IMAT subjects (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Math, Logic).
- Develop personalized study plans and monitor student progress.
- Provide expert feedback and answer questions on our learning platform.
Work Environment & Compensation

What is the application process like for team members?
Our process is designed to get to know you. It typically starts with an online application with your resume, followed by one or two virtual interviews. For tutor roles, a short teaching demonstration or written test may be required. We aim to make it a smooth and respectful experience.
Are these positions full-time or part-time?
Both roles (Tutor and Admin) are offered on a freelance/contract basis and are primarily part-time. This allows for maximum flexibility to fit around your studies or other commitments. Hours are negotiable based on the role and your availability, starting from just a few hours a week for tutors.
How are team members paid?
We offer competitive compensation. Tutors are paid a high hourly or per-session rate, with performance-based incentives. Administrative staff are paid a monthly retainer or hourly rate, depending on the agreed-upon scope of work. Payments are made monthly via reliable international platforms.
Do I need to be in a specific time zone?
No. Our team is global, and so are our students. While some overlap with European time zones is beneficial, especially for admin roles, we value talent wherever it is. We use asynchronous communication tools to manage time zone differences effectively.
What kind of training and materials are provided?
We provide comprehensive onboarding for all roles. Tutors receive full access to our curriculum, teaching platform, past paper analyses, and support scripts. You are fully equipped for success from day one. Admin staff are trained on our operational software and internal processes.
