Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our services, the following conditions apply to returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

• 1. Cancellation after Contract Formation (Cooling-off equivalent):
  • Enrollments for "Meditaliano Pro" and "Meditaliano Ultra" may be cancelled within **8 days**, including the date of contract formation, by notifying us in writing.
  • This right of cancellation is limited to a period of 8 days, including the date of contract formation, and cannot be exercised after this period has passed.
  • In the event of such a cancellation, we will refund all consideration received from the enrollee to the bank account designated by the purchaser within 14 days from the date of receiving the cancellation notice. Any transfer fees incurred for the refund will be borne by us.
• 2. Customer-Initiated Mid-term Cancellation (for Subscription Services):
  • If you wish to terminate your "Meditaliano Pro" or "Meditaliano Ultra" support period mid-term, after the 8-day cancellation period mentioned above has passed, please notify us in writing (including email).
  • Notifications received by the 10th of the current month will result in termination effective at the end of that month.
  • Upon the effective date of termination, all rights to utilize the services during the support period (including access to study content, live lesson attendance, personalized support, etc.) will be extinguished.
  • In cases of mid-term cancellation, any monthly or annual fees already paid will not be refunded. Furthermore, any outstanding balances for unpaid fees must be settled by the end of the month of cancellation.
• 3. Returns/Exchanges due to Service Defects or Our Error:
  • If you experience technical issues preventing access to the course, or if there is a verifiable defect in the digital content, please contact us immediately at meditalianoinfo@gmail.com.
  • We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include technical support, alternative access, or a refund if the issue cannot be resolved. Any transfer fees incurred for such refunds will be borne by us.
• 4. Refund Process:
  • Refunds, when applicable, will typically be processed to the original payment method within [e.g., 5-7 business days] (excluding cancellations within the 8-day period which have specific processing times). For refunds via bank transfer, the amount will be transferred to your designated account.
