The Foundation. Heavy memorization required. You must recall biological facts instantly to stay within the 20-minute limit.

Genetics: Mitosis, meiosis, Mendelian inheritance, mutations.

Bioenergetics: Glycolysis, Krebs cycle, oxidative phosphorylation, photosynthesis.

LVL 2 Chemistry

The Core Filter. Because this is for Pharmacy, Chemistry is heavily weighted. Expect complex stoichiometry and organic chemistry nomenclature.

Inorganic Chemistry: Periodic table trends, chemical bonds (VSEPR), oxidation states.

Reactions & Solutions: Stoichiometry, moles, pH calculations, buffer solutions, thermodynamics.

Organic Chemistry: IUPAC nomenclature, hydrocarbons, functional groups, basic isomerism.

LVL 3 Mathematics

The Speed Math. A brutal time limit. No calculators. You must calculate rapidly by hand.

The Scoring System

The English TOLC-F uses a brutal standardized point system. A high score requires not just correct answers, but the discipline to leave questions blank when unsure.

International students will take the TOLC @HOME version. CISIA uses draconian anti-cheat measures. If you break a rule, the proctor will terminate your exam instantly.

You must install the Safe Exam Browser on your main laptop. It locks out all other programs, preventing any cheating.

2. Dual Camera

You must join a Zoom call on your smartphone and place it behind you at a 45° angle. The proctor watches your screen and hands.
